1. Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin a project. Once work has commenced—including scriptwriting, storyboarding or other pre-production activity—the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation
If a project is cancelled within one week of payment and before work has started, the deposit will be refunded in full. After one week, or after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Milestone orders
We prefer 100% upfront payment. Where a milestone arrangement is agreed, a 50% deposit applies. Typical milestones cover storyboard and scriptwriting first, followed by illustration and animation.
4. Completed projects and revisions
Once the final product has been delivered and approved, refunds are not issued. Clients receive the revisions stated in the initial agreement; refunds are not granted after the agreed revision allowance has been used.
5. Exceptions
Exceptional refund requests may be considered at Piximove's discretion. Requests should be made in writing and will be assessed case by case.
